Last night I started Phase 2 of the Danforth site specific piece that I am doing with the Teen Docents. We are now working in the stairwell that leads from the museum to the education area. Our first order of business involved placing sticky vinyl stencils on the wall and painting our main background color. Tonight we'll screenprint textural elements and start to paint in the projected doodles.

Mixing a little paint with acrylic gloss medium gives you some interesting depth. An oil tank was recently removed from my basement studio space, so I had a friend build much needed vertical storage racks.
